You are in a tough part of the quit but almost through the worst of it. Just keep pushing forward day by day, minute by minute, if necessary, until it eases up. And it will. It most certainly will. Just as long as you stay quit.
A good book to read is Allen Carr's easyway to quit smoking. It is about nicotine though so don't let the smoking bit dissuade you. It does a great job of breaking down the brainwashing that goes on with nicotine addiction, very similar to what worktowin was getting at. Using dip is like wearing really uncomfortable shoes all day just so you can enjoy the relief of taking them off. In any event, read everything you can on this addiction. It really helps to understand your enemy.
Otherwise, keep posting, stay hydrated, keep your blood sugars elevated, use fake, eat everything in site (my favorite tactic), exercise, and stay close to this site.
