well its day 3 now and it really sucks, im tired of feeling dizzy and sleepy all the time , feeling confused and just in a general fog sucks so bad, but I do know with time it will get better, and I will succeed in my quest to be tobacco free, no matter what I have to do I will do it,
thanks for all the help ive received here , and for the chat rooms,
Keep pounding the water when you get the cravings. It really does help. I'm on day 13. It will get better my friend. Keep posting roll every day, make the promise, keep the promise. Wake up next day...Repeat
You want it as bad as you say, you will succeed! It's tough but not impossible. Use your tools and stay away from alchohol. Need my number pm me. I quit with you today!
Tobacco is so addictive it took me a year after a massive heart attack, in which doctor confirmed caused from dipping to finally put a lid on the bitch! ODAAT EDD

Attitude is everything, Debary! Look, we all know it sucks. But embrace the suck. Turn the tables on the nic bitch. Just decide that you will enjoy each and every second of it. Let yourself off the hook...you made a terrible choice to become an addict. That's okay...we all did. But we're earning our freedom back ONE DAY AT A TIME. YOU CAN TOO!!!

You got this, brother. You can do it!!!

You have the right attitude, and yes, it will get better! Way to post roll, and stay close to here of the Chat!
