Great choice. You will need this site. Nic rage is real and it will be extremely difficult to remember that it is not your wife's fault that you are an addict. I know, because my wife is one of the people I lied to everyday.

She busted me enough to know. But I just told her that I only "sometimes" dipped...like just the times that she knew about. HA. She had to know I was full of it, but never pressed this issue. I love her.

Anyway, get on this site and vent. But, whatever you do, post roll each day and live free,

Jimmy, I just posted this in "2score and 2's" intro thread. It applies to you too. Read the successes on this site, be part of the solution.

I'm glad to be quit with you today, Jimmy. 20 years is plenty long enough, wouldn't you say? Me? I'm 25 years and now 232 days into the freedom. You'll be amazed how nice it is to not think about your can; hiding it, do I have enough, etc. What a bunch of crap that was letting it control me. Tired of lying to yourself, feeling like a failure because you couldnt quit, being controlled? That's no way for a man to live! Be a man. Be a man and free yourself.

Are you man enough?

I'm quit with you!!

Accidentally quit yesterday, but realized after finding this site that 100 days from yesterday is my birthday, and I would love to be done with this garbage for my birthday.

I've been a Skoal man since I was about 15, so this would be year 20. Over all that time, the number of people that know is very low. I would say 99% of my friends and family don't know about my addiction. So, clearly it's something I'm ashamed of and don't want it to be part of me.

My wife would be included in that number of people who don't know, so I'll be leaning hard on you guys for support!
