Congrats for taking your freedom back. You've already weathered some very tough struggles by now. It does get better. And, you should start enjoying a sense of freedom now and then since you are free of the physical addiction. Enjoy that, and use it to fuel your quit- that's what the addiction stole from you- and believe me the addiction will test you and try all sorts of ways to get you back. You simply don't have to go there though, and the method here is proven for keeping people quit.
The suggestion I have right now for you is to begin building a network of other quitters, from your quit class and others. This network is for the accountability you seek, and for support. It's been an amazing game-changer for me to have fellow quitters on my "home team" and is probably the only thing that makes me absolutely certain I can continue to do this, day by day, indefinitely. The focus remains day by day though.
Ok, quit on! Ask for help and you'll get it here, and if you want my number to add to your network send a pm.
