I know she's thankful. It's like some other things, we want what we want, when we want it. And how we want it. I've been through this a few times and need to do this one last time. Cigs, chew, dip, gum, lozenges, dip, cigs, dip, cold turkey. No more nic.
Quit, quit, and quit again.

Thanks for the support everyone. I was out of pocket for the weekend, but have been staying quit. As previously mentioned, my spouse is pissed, but hey she's pissed regardless.

One day she'll be thankful you put a cork in your awful addiction. Just give her time. She'll come around.

YOU can do this.
I'm doing it with You! 181 daze today.
If I can be quit after 30 straight years, 24/7 every waking moment, Then YOU CAN TOO!
Have a plan. get some numbers for support from your group.
Have gum, seeds, toothpicks, cat shit available, whatever it takes to NOT put the POISON in your mouth!
Tough it out, man up, balls to the wall cause there is "nothing" miraculous about whooping the nic bitch. It is a daily fight that is WON daily! It does get ALOT better, this I PROMISE YOU!!!
Tons of men have gone before us to light the path...The TOOLS are here, the passion in here the wonderful QUITTERS are here to help.
Use the tools, use the help, stay quit, give back. Take what you need, give what is needed. leave the shit behind.
Be quit this turkey DAY. I am quit today with YOU! 'bang head'
Keeping my jaw and tongue...I like them.
It's poison I tell ya, You wouldn't drink Liquid Drano, would ya?

Great job keeping the door slammed on the nic bro! And for coming on here and posting up what's going on in your world. I'm on day 5 and it does indeed get better in the next couple of days. Man this shit is tough, but we can do this if we stick together.

Embracing the suck with you man..........

Well done as I see you posted roll with the Feb13 group.

1- Now that your word has been given, for yourself you need to do what ever is possible to keep ANY nicotene out of your body. That is any form of it.

2 - This is the time to prepare, get seeds, toothpicks, sugarfree gum and candy and get ready for a fight. This is where you will need to bear down and get mad against that nic bitch that had taken so much out of your life...you will be wondering WTF over the next couple of days and this is the fog to fight through, to understand it, and to realize that this is the last time you want to feel like this.

Now is the time that your Quit is in need of strengthening. Look inside yourself, look to this site and those of us that have been there as together we can build the strength you will need.

I quit with you today, and just today. Talk to me when we wake and I will tell you the same thing.

Welcome. Click on the "Welcome Center" link under the top banner to learn how and where to "Post Roll". No NIC at all is tolerated here. Quit cold turkey and embrace the suck.

I will quit with you.

How long? Too long.

Well folks, this has gone on most of my life. I've used tobacco for a long time in various forms, but the dipping has been really, really, hard to put down, but I did it at lunch and bought some Smokey Mt non-tobacco chew and a fresh attitude. I really need to quit.
