I was the same 68 days ago, if I wasn't eating or fucking I was dipping! First few days are hell, but it gets better one day at a time. Get seeds, gum, toothpicks or fake chew and prepare to quit day by day. YOU CAN DO THIS!
VAG PUNCHING THE NIC BITCH DAILY...
F-UST, F- the nic bitch and FUCK the GOVT for allowing this industry to thrive and prosper by targetting and poisoning our youngest for PROFIT. ASSHOLES!!!!!!!

WE are the same. I dipped damn near every waking minute for 24 years. I decided one day to be done. That was 420 days ago. This system works. I know it sounds odd, but believe in it and make your daily promise. If you really want to free yourself from the chains of nicotene, and you are a man of integrity, a man that prides himself on his word as his bond, then you too will be quit.

Remember: Detoxing from nicotene is TEMPORARY. death is FOREVER!
I look forward to reading your HOF speech.

Helllllo everybody. I am from Allentown, PA. Today, 7/25/2011 I woke up and didn't put a dip in, and I haven't since.  Not going to lie, I'm pretty concerned about what will happen the next few days. I'm one of those guys that wakes up and dips. I dip at work, at home, in front of family and friends, alone, here, there, before lunch and dinner. After breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Pretty much anytime I'm not eating or sleeping.... I'm dipping.

I can feel the demon coming up inside already. Time for the battle to begin I guess.
You are in the same boat as nearly everyone on this site when they quit. It sucks, there is no way around that. But this is your life and freedom that you are suffering for. When you look at it that way (and truly there is no other way to look at it) it's not that bad. You can make through today right? Worry about tomorrow when it gets here. One hour at a time if you have to. I live in PA as well and I dipped first thing in the morning as well, at work, at home, in the car, shower, shitter, etc. Time to reclaim your life without dip.

It seems that you and I are in the same boat right now. Just posted my intro. Are you getting the foggy feeling yet?
