Spuds I didn't quit dip because of health problems I quit cuz the shit was running me, its only since I quit I have noticed some things most likely due to being hyper aware. Or my body going insane because of no nic.
Your body will go thru a bunch of weird shit but it's worth every damn second of it! Dig in deep and hang on it frigging sucks until it don't. If you want it bad enough you will handle it. It's mainly mental. Not for the weak! I quit with you today my friend!

Thanks spuds hardest part so far has been the mental, fear, anxiety and paranoia for my health
So post roll and take charge of your fear and anxiety.
The best thing you can do with the fear and anxiety is harness it as part of you quit.
I worried a lot at first, and now I worry a little. take charge of your oral health, get a sonic care, floss, rinse with Listerine (or salt water or water down hydrogen peroxide).
Make an appointment now for your dentist, (it takes a while to get on the booK) get to the dentist, come clean and they will give you a good look over.
But after your clean bill of health, what will you do? Roll the dice again with cancer or continue to build on your health and quit....

You got this brother!

Bigcat,
The best decision you will ever make! I was a slave to the can for 17+ years and I have been free for 316 days.
This site works and is a great community but you have to use it and put in work.
1. Post roll every day, find your group and check out the welcome center forum/55560/
2. Get active and invest in your quit, complacency and thinking you are cured after a week or month will be your worst enemy
3. Read up and help other people in their quits. Helping others strengthens my quit!
See you on roll

I am doing it
« on: June 29, 2015, 09:44:00 AM »
Hello all I have been dipping for 19 years and on 6/10/15 I finished that portion of my life. I was working on my back porch and ran out, stopped what I was doing and was going to get a can. Then I don't know what happened but I said your done being owned by Skoal. It has been so hard just reading what you guys have wrote has helped a great deal.
