2nds on that "final quit" stuff. First of all you have never quit b4 you may have taken a break for a few days, months or even years, but if you are here you never quit before. Second is everything Smokeyg wrote!! If you are 36+ hours since your last fix of nic, then you are already past the halfway point of physical withdrawl, and there is no reason to cave now. Post roll if you haven't already (hell post as a supporter on any/every other quit group for extra accountability). Read, read, and read some more! Read everything on KTC and this forum. I quit with you today.
I can't add anything new to the comments below, other than my agreement.

Yes, read intros and recommended threads. Read, read, read. If you really want this, KTC can help make it happen.
Quit Date 7/12/13

Hello my name is Richard and I am entering into the 37th hour of my final quit and I want to say thanks for the support.
What happens if you fuck up this quit? Will you never quit again?

Forget the whole "final quit" theory.

Quit one day at a time. I'm nearly 1,900 days quit and I can't guarantee you that I'll be quit come August. However, I can 100% guarantee you that I'll be quit for the rest of today. I've posted roll and given my word. It means everything to me.

Start by posting roll. I'd tell you exactly how to do it and where to do it and why to do it, but if you really want to quit, you'll put out the effort and figure it out. Do you really want to quit?

Read, read, read...
