Big difference in trying and doing. Just got to want this more than anything else. There is no try in quit, there is just quit. Stay close to the site..Read everything you can and then read it again and again. Get numbers from the May group before the weekend starts. Be accountable, Save your life and be free. It will suck now but freedom is much better than any poison you can put in your lip. Trying is over. You will do this, one day at a time

Great choice, Nate. Tons of us have previously failed. But not any more. You just give your word that you will make it through today...forget everything else and keep your word.

The only thing I have done differently this time is use this site. Pills, patches and gum are for pussies. You need to flip that switch in your mind that you ARE quit...and will remain quit today come hell or high water.

You can do this, brother!!!

Hi Nate, welcome. I think a lot of us have tried to quit before and failed. I know I have, using the gum and patches was just prolonging the agony. Also, I never had any accountability for my quit before this site. This is the way to go, you can do it here it you want it.
