Your lurking out there....why not just post the questions or comments your looking to get answers about here. You can post here even if your'e not clean (not the case in the quit forum).
You failed. miserably. In spite of a ton of help being offered. Surely you must have some questions or justifications or lessons learned.

Time to take your life back Nathan. Dump the last of your can and start day 1. Whether it is one year or 30, addiction is a battle we all are fighting. Read the welcome center, and go post roll in January '14. Shoot me a pm if you need anything.

Hey not too sure what to say other than I'm quitting today. Just about finished my last can and I'm done. After reading some of these my 1 year of dipping seems like nothing but I know I need that copenhagen everyday so I guess it's something. I like being in control and with the dip I don't feel like I'm in control anymore.
