Great job Yesican! Everyday is a new adventure and another promise to stay quit. Keep making that promise early each day. When a crave hits or you are in a funk just remember what brought you here in the first place.

It helps to keep the contact to quit handy as well. Mine is in my wallet and it's pretty beat up, but it's just another tool. Catch you on the Yesican peninsula sometime.

Nice quit you got goin here! Maybe one of the mods can put this in your other intro, so you just got one going here. Keep at it. I'm quit with you all day long!

One day at a time "yesican" Early in your quit, it was second by second, then it went to minute by minute, then hour by hour, then in maybe 12 hour increments. Now it's day by day. Remember, funks come and funks go, you may have to go back to second by second at any time. Good news is they are for short periods.

I quit with you today.

Nice work keep it up. Add to your post more about your trials and good days so in the future you can look back and see where you have come from. I look back on my early posts and I need a decoder ring to figure out what the hell I was trying to say.

Congrats yesican, you speak the truth. Stay vigilant, because the nic bitch will show her pretty face again and try to lure you into her stinky rotten vagina and once that happens, look out.

Just a side joke on your name, I read that like you were from Yesico, so you're a Yesican. Like a Mexican is from Mexico. Maybe you are from the Yesican Peninsula, where all addicts can go to be free of their problems. I want to go there now.

Today is 80 days quit and my body and life have been through so many changes. I treat day 80 like day 1 and fight just as hard. To everyone just starting out life becomes more beautiful every day. I dipped for over 20 years and never thought I could make it a week. I was ready to face the facts and let the chips fall where they may. To everyone on this page I am proud to post roll every day and if I can make it this far anyone can. The first 72 hrs is he'll, but when you turn around it's day 80 and your life begins to re focus and you remember who you are. This site kicks ass and I am blessed to be here. The hell with dip :)

Day 16 and still hanging in. Tons of urges but I am quit today. Continuing to read read and read on this site and it helps tons. Everyday we get stronger and the nic bitch becomes more of a distant memory just like and ex who was great in bed  my teeth and mouth feel so much better and dizziness has gone for now. KTC thank you
You know what 16 days means bro? It means for 16 days you haven't went down to the corner store and gave your hard earned money to a filthy disgusting can of poison that only does one thing well. Take...

That's 16 days of freedom, 16 days of you controlling when you go to bed, when you wake up, what you spend you money on. That''s 16 days you have been feeding your brain the proper amount of oxygen it has needed for years. That's 16 days your brain is finally beginning to heal after you have poisoned it for years. That's 16 days your dignity and integrity has been returning. FREEDOM,,, taste it, smell it and feel it.

The way I see it, you have just had 16 of the best days that life has to offer. My worst day without the poison is better than my best day with it. Damn glad to be quit with your 16 days.
Way to post roll brother! Day 16 and you are quit today. Feels damn good. You are winning.

One thing I saw in your post... I don't want you letting the nic B to become a "distant memory". No sir, do not do that! Do not forget why you are here. Do not forget day 1. Do not forget the fight you have gone thru to get to today  get to 16 days of bada$$ quit. Pushing something off into distant memory makes you forget why you hate it... you need to stoke the fire of hate for nic that will allow you to never again put that garbage in your mouth. Remember what it has done to you! Never forget!

You are doing great! You can do this. I am QLF with you today!

The poison sucks. I hate it. I hated it this morning, I hated it at noon, I hated it at supper and I hate it tonight. I enjoy hating it so much I'm going to wake up tomorrow and start over hating it. I quit with anyone that wants to hate it with me.
