We are now steaming over to Greenville SC to pick up a man that has won his freedom from Kodiak, yep... DesireToFeel started dipping at the age of 17. He saves if we crack the train only worry about notifying him., surely he would notice??? But when asked what the craziest thing he has ever done he said Ayahuasca, which is a tropical vine native to the Amazon region, noted for its hallucinogenic properties, iiiiAlrighty then!!!! This bad ass says he is going to celebrate by signing up for 200, great idea bro! He is a manufacture that hikes and drives a Jeep Grand Cherokee when it will operate, which he said is rare. He says to all the newbies "Work through the pain to find pleasure. This is the best I've felt in a long time" and that he is secretly in love with with Coping w/o Copenhagen really helped him! Brother Erussell quits with your bad ass all damn day, congrats.

On day 22. Everything feels really good. Sleeping like a baby at night and no anxiety. I had some jalapenos yesterday and damn, they were hot! When I was dipping, I didn't get that burn. The mouth must be healing to be that sensitive again. Other food as well as begun to taste better. Strawberries, even had some ice cream that was damn tasty. Forgot how good some food can be. Quit on.
Enjoy the freedom, my friend. It's just beginning . . . .

Second day is a bitch but it's almost over. Candy, sunflower seeds, lots of water and trident gum with help detox the poison and keep your yap busy. Some folks even like the fake chew... whatever it takes. After the third day, they say the nic is out of your system. Your mouth will begin to heal. Hang in there, every day gets better and our freedom is worth a little discomfort for 24 hours.
This ^^^^^^ is some great advice from a bad ass quitter.... Just wanted to say welcome to ktc and congratulations on quitting and taking your life back.... I will quit with you any day. If you need a number or anything at all just pm me. ..
I'm on first 12 hours. Ready to Ike Turner the wife. This sucks. Mouth is raw from seeds. Can't get past how much dipping cope for 20 years has affected me. Figure scotch and will put me to sleep. And sports center.
ahhh the suck, embrace it, wear it like a cloak of misery! in a few days the fog will lift.

Stay away from the booze for the first 100 days, its the number one reason people fail their quit!

drink water by the gallon early on it helps detox, keep busy (boredom is dangerous), exercise helps, find a dip substitute (gum, seeds, dick, ect) put anything in your mouth that can keep you nic free...

lastly the most important things....learn...read everything on this site...knowledge truly is power for your quit..drink the cool-aid here this site works if you put in the effort!

i will quit with you today!

It is going to be hell so get ready for it. Post roll early and then stick to your word. Remind yourself all day "not today " I have given my word". I saw you have already began posting on other intros. Hell yea that's the recipe off a strong quit. I will quit with you bro, I am addicted to quiting!

Happy Memorial Day and happy quit day. My name is frank and I'm quitting dipping after 20 years. I'm breaking the chain that binds me down. It's the only thing in my life giving me anxiety. Every night for the past 2 years I've told myself I've needed to quit. Tonight, I promise it to myself. Goodbye Kodak, hello freedom. Time to heal.
Nice job posting roll Frank... You've promised yourself and now you've promised 14,000 raging addicts who don't take that promise lightly. Welcome! Give a shout if there's anything you need, number's in your inbox (1).
It will suck Dez but you can do it like the rest of us. Now post roll and start reading.
Congrats on quitting, if you need a number or anything at all feel free to pm me.
