When will it get better??? 'bang head'
You got a ways to go... I'm at day 10 and it still sucks.

But I will tell you that I would much rather feel like this, knowing that it will get better, than stuffing anymore of that shit in my mouth!

Check your inbox, and as always let me know if you need anything.

Day 16 here and it's still not sweet. I think I'm getting to the point where my day is about half good and half suck. It is getting better, even if I hate the small increments. So many of the vets say it's gradual, so I'm just focusing on that and staying quit.

Stay quit.
The product is worth the process.

Hang in there Fish, It will get better. The first two nights and all of day three were major suck for me. Not much sleep and major cravings. Like Redtrain said, just focus on one hour, one minute, one day....do whatever it takes to keep from putting that shit back in.

You can do this.

Made it through night one. What a bitch. Almost no sleep now back at work just staring at my computer. When will it get better??? 'bang head'
It will get better, don't worry about that now. This is your punishment for ever putting that shit in your mouth in the first place.

One day, one hour, one minute....that's all you need to focus on.

You are so right Mike, everything is a damn trigger.  We pretty much have to learn how to do things all over again.(this time without the dip).
there is only 1 thing that I did without dip, fucking Mrs MikeA so I am doing a lot more of that now. Problem is when I used to dip I would nail her and then go downstairs for the post sex dipping session....now all I wanna do is cuddle.

get pissed at me if you want to. Try and not get snippy with the wife kids, co workers as they did not do this to you. Like space said, keep busy. Problem with us ex dippers is, we dipped all the damn time so everything we do is a trigger. You are going to have to learn to do everything without dip.. Believe me, everything can be done without dip.

Hold on Fish, it is about to get a lot worse but it will definately get better. For the first 3 days there is still nicotine in your system and it will be screaming for more. That will let up.....only to return from time to time.

Keep yourself busy, read all you can and get pissed at the assholes that got you addicted to this shit so they can get rich off of your death. Gum, candy, seeds, fake dip. use whatever you can to stay off of nictotine. Shout out here for help if needed.

Make the promise to yourself each and everyday to stay clean, and you can do it.

FIRST DAY QUITTER
« on: July 26, 2010, 12:27:00 PM »
Hey guys. I finally called it quits last night. I got signed up for the Nov. class of quitters this morning. I have not had a dip in 14 hours. The urges are starting to hit pretty hard. I need all the help and advice you can give me.
