Hey, I'm Chuck....I had this habbit kicked for 2 years after previously quitting after a 10 year stretch of 1 to 3 cans a week. Early one morning I was on the road to a meeting from Houston to College station, at 4:00am in the morning, literally falling asleep at the wheel. Coffee and energy drinks were not working. I don't know what made me break down and buy the stuff but I did. I dipped there and back then threw away the can when I got home. I didn't dip for another 2 weeks. One night thinking this stuff could no longer get a hold of me I went out and got another can while I was working on my motorcycle...that was all she wrote...I was hooked again. It's been 5 months or so, and I've finally decided that this 5 month love affair must end. I know being accountable works so, brothers, please help me with the walk once again.

Chuck-

Welcome to the family. You will get all the help you need here but the most important thing is for you to help yourself by having a plan to deal with the physical and/or behavioral cravings and to be dedicated to being nic free. Stay close to this site, read, read, read. It is great that you WERE quit but today is what matters. Make the promise one day at a time by posting roll. PM me if you need anything.

Good choice ShyTiger. I just quit also. Have you posted roll yet?
I think you will do fine here. Lots of good folks to help.
Some people are like slinkies. Not worth a fuck for nuthin, but they bring a smile when you push them down the stairs.
