Congrats on quitting. We are a group of supporting persons. We will help, but you gotta ask for it like you have already done. It seems to be I give the same ol schpeel every time. However, it is important to know. Grab your self a few gallons of water. Drink it. Get some fruit juice. Drink that. Then, get some more water. Drink that. Every one seems to have withdrawals. However, you can lessen yours by getting and staying hydrated. Don't be afraid to ask questions. This intro page is yours. I suggest you journal in it.

Day 1
« on: April 13, 2016, 11:43:00 AM »
Well today marks the day I never thought I would see. Growing up I started chewing because I saw my brother do it once. Little did I know I would become so dependent on something so bad for you physically and mentally. I have been trying to quit for years for my friends and family but have never had the balls to do so. So I decided to look into you guys which has been eye opening. The support the members provide each other with is amazing and I am excited to start a new journey for myself with no tobacco needed. Kicking the habit is one of the most important things for me and I hope I can one day help others with the same addiction.
