My wife told me to find a support group to make it work this time. I stumbled across this site and immediately found it helpful.
I'm on Day 3 of my quit. 40 years old, dipped since I was 13.
A ton of great advice offered here, listen to it and don't be afraid to ask for help.

Tell her to check out spousal support on the home page, that will help her see what to expect and not take it personal, but since she is pregnant, she still may take it that way...it does get better!

Best of all...one more day and the nicotine is out of your system, the rest is just a mind game! Drink lots of water, cranberry juice, or OJ. And READ, READ,READ!

welcome brother. im on day 4 and let me tell you these people on here are truely amazing. we all got your back! stay quit man..get that wife on board too.i went from 2 cans a day to quiting cold turkey after spending the night reading this site..u got this bro!-george
