Intro - On Day 6
« on: January 09, 2018, 02:21:00 PM »
Hello to all. On day six of my quit. I happened upon this site over the weekend as I was searching information on withdrawal symptoms and decided to join on yesterday which was my first roll call. Still learning the site and all it has to offer and happy to be here.

My quit actually was not planned. I got the flu about three weeks ago and did not care for a dip so I took the opportunity. I did buy a 10 pack of nicotine gum and had four of those while I had the flu. Last Wednesday, I looked at the stupid gum, said what am I doing, and threw it out. Nicotine free since 8:45pm on Wednesday January 3rd. Dipped for 26years. It was time to quit and I am happy to be 6 days in and tomorrow I will focus on day 7. Actually feeling pretty good overall other than some restlessness and the occasional urge. Staying strong and committed!

Thanks to all
