Posting roll, reading this site, and making connections with other quitters is my advice. It is hard, but it can be done.
Some of my fondest and clearest memories are peeing in places that aren't bathrooms.

So just to give a little intro about me, I started smoking, quit, and switched to grizzly wintergreen pouches a year after and have been on and off but mostly on for the past 3 years. I know that I have an addiction, and I can go for a couple of days without it, but I refuse to quit for whatever reason.

I have tried vaping, gum, and trying to replace with others, but just can't.

I don't even crave it. I just buy it because I think it makes me feel good(will never feel that same buzz). Have been trying to kick it with a combo of big league and sunflower seeds but recently relapsed today and am ready to quit for good. Any advice would be appreciated and look forward to reading others success stories!!

I'm not feeling it from you...

Resolve.
You needs to getcha some.

You "refuse to quit for whatever reason"... You "recently relapsed today and am ready to quit for good".

This is NOT a try and try again place. We DO here. Plain and simple. You need to buck up and own a decision to quit... Stop BEING owned. Get involved here and stay involved. It does work and it will save your life. You want advice?... Stop putting ANYTHING with nicotine in your body. Make that choice ~ it really is that simple.

You can do this...
c123 -you got this. stay close to your April HOF buddies...take it one day at a time....one hour at a time if you have to....just say....i can take it without chewing until my head hits the pillow today.... it is so worth it. it gets better and easier the first month sucks.....

Well, you are looking for advice to stay quit and here is mine:

Reach down real deep inside yourself and ask, "Am I ready to quit for good? Am I ready to nail this door shut and never open it again?" I am not asking you to commit to forever but to commit. When you sign up to KTC and you put your name on roll you are promising to everyone here that you will not use nicotine for the day. Everyone here quits one day at a time.

If you are serious about saving your life take all your vaporizers, dip, cigarettes or whatever other form of nicotine you have in the house, put it in the toilet, break it, cover it in dog shit and get rid of it. Once you've done that come sign you name on roll.

Your group will be: April 2015

I welcome you and look forward to seeing you quit for real.

Sajax gave some great advice.

Dig deep and get to the root of your reason for quitting. When you find that, it has to be for yourself.

It's going to suck, changes in routine do. If you truly want to quit and do it for yourself, you'll get through it.

I am ready to quit with you when you are.

If you are arguing a position you don't necessarily agree with but are playing devil's advocate, please spell that out for me. I'm not very bright and like to understand when people are sincere or not.
