Almost. The only way to really mess it up is not be on it. Get your name up there some way, some how, and somebody will fix it for you. Nice job Jake, now get involved with your crew and start building your accountability. Glad to have you officially aboard!
Great job Jake posting roll! Stay focused, embrace the suck and remember addicts are what we are and we can use all the accountability we can get! Proud to be quit with you today my friend!
Tobacco is so addictive it took me a year after a massive heart attack, in which doctor confirmed caused from dipping to finally put a lid on the bitch! ODAAT EDD

1.5 cans a day, or 1.5 cans a week, an addict is still an addict. Glad you used that word. Follow the program here and get busy quitting.
Jake post roll and let's get you some badass quit going! Nicotine is a very potent drug! Get it out of your system, will help but you will possibly always have some side effects, craving. Well you're a grown ass man ,you can do this!
Clock's ticking Jake. Is it ticking towards your roll post or your cancer diagnosis? Up to you. Let's get to quitting.

Welcome Jake. Withdrawals are shitty, it's true. Want to know what's worse though? Chemo, radiation, jaw amputation, tongue amputation, surgeries, feeding tubes, and dying. I don't know about you, but I'll take the withdrawals.

The key to this site working for you is posting roll with your fellow quitters in the November group. If you let the system work, you'll have accountability and brotherhood, which leads to success. You can do this, but you have to want it so badly that you're willing to go to battle every damn day.

Get onto roll, post your promise that you will not use nicotine in any form today, and keep your promise for today. That's it, we'll talk about tomorrow when it gets here.

Reach out if you need anything at all.

Last dip was Sunday August 2nd at 830pm. This week has been shitty...irritable and extremely tired.

I am an occasional dipper, never more than 3 dips/day and mostly on the weekends. I'm having withdrawals which tells me I am physically addicted and that pisses me off. But I know I need to stop and am here for help and support.
Your at the right place brother take it one day at a time. There are a ton of people here that have done it and offer great advice. Just listen to them. you can do it brother.
One day at a time. The withdrawals are very REAL. You can and will get through them though. I quit with you
I love hunting, fishing, my 5.9 cummins... and oh yea my wife way too much to let some dirt in a can end my life early. lets QUIT
