Just checking in with you mattc, drink your water and exercise when you can. You know this stuff but it doesn't hurt to get reminded. The fog will be difficult when or if it comes but keep in mind it will pass, have you experienced the fog yet?..... Let me know if you have any need. If you have any run ins with craves during day or what ever come to the chat room for support. PM me and I will give you # if you want. Just always remember to keep the quit promise one day at a time ...Robbie
Eh, i havnt had to many bad cravings. After i eat usually but i seem to be handling it pretty well. I do wake up in the morning and tell myself- i will not dip today. Thank you for the support

Im on Day 8. And i feel great. I actually had a few beers the other night to test myself because i always dipped and drank..I didnt give in!. I will not dip today!
I am the first person to say live your life and don't avoid it...that being said, when it comes to the booze, just be careful. Know your limits and your surroundings. If you're going to get just wrecked you need to make sure you are in a nicotine safe environment. Better yet...don't get drunk...just handle your beers like a man and don't use. What i'm trying to say is, you don't want to wake up the next morning and wonder if you did or you didn't chew/smoke. Quit on
I dont drink to get drunk. Usually 3 beers and im done one every two weeks or so. I appreciate your concern and support though very much.

Man,
I had no idea the support there would be on this site. This is actually cool as shit. Im sure you all are some great people to hang around. But anyway, Day #3 today. (big physical milestone from what i hear). I did wake up with a headache this morning. Popped a few tylenol and told myself-"i will not dip today!"
ODAAT and it adds up quick! Congrats on a great decision and attitude. Reach out to others in your group, read and get involved. The truth and accountability to yourself and others will get you through the tougher times!!
You're doing it, doing it, doing it Mattc. ODAAT brother. You can do anything for a day.
Keeping my jaw and tongue...I like them.
It's poison I tell ya, You wouldn't drink Liquid Drano, would ya?

Im on my second day dip free. May not sound like much but i feel great. My gums feel healthier already. it is stupid to worry and be depressed about your health and let the Nic Bitch run your life. I caqnt and wont let a can run my life. Thanks for all your support

Matt concentrate on today. It doesn't matter what the number is it's better than yesterday!
We all tackle each day as an individual day, never looking ahead and not looking backward either.

Nicotine is still in your body until about day 4, so be vigilant and keep your guard up. Use the tools here, exchange phone numbers with other quitters and live each day with a strong hatred for Big Tobacco!
Love the AV, I find myself watching the slow mo over and over again.
Pinched has great tits!
Um... I, uh...
2 Days is huge brother! We focus on One Day At a Time. So your quit today is just as impressive to me as a man who has 500 days under his belt. This is an addiction we never walk away from. But if you post roll and spend some well invested time with KTC you will learn how to beat the NIC BITCH on a daily basis. And then the days become really good! Welcome!
These boys are correct, don't worry about yesterday or tomorrow! We only control today, and we can stay nicotine free today
I quit with You TODAY MattC...you're not alone!
ODAAT and NAFAR
Stay here, study, reach out, connect, use chat, use your phone, use catshit, seeds, whatever it takes to "not" put the poison in your mouth...just Today.
If I can do this, then I know that YOU can TOO.
With you today MatC . ODAAT NAFAR the language of quit...
Matt,
You have some pretty rock solid quitters backing you, you need to own your quit!
2 days sounds like a big deal to me. Keep at it today. You have made a great decision and you will not regret it. Quit on.
