Trapper, posting roll is the only price for admission, post up man.
Some of my fondest and clearest memories are peeing in places that aren't bathrooms.

I am 34 yrs old have a wonderful wife and 2 beautiful kids. Day 2 is well underway. Yesterday was a little rough with the urges but today so far is not too bad at all. I had 1 to 1 1/2 can day a habit for15 years. I am going to win this war !!!!!!!!
Welcome, go to the welcome center learn how to post roll! You will be in May 16 group, this shits alot easier with help! Sign up post roll I'm waiting
Definitely post roll and get to know the quitters in May 2016. There will be good and rough days ahead, help can save you.

Meanwhile drink lots of water, cranberry juice helps, exercise, read this site for knowledge and inspiration, and think about seeds or candy or fake dip to get you past craves. Another day and nicotine will be out of your system. It will get better then as your mind and body heal.

Also, be aware you face addiction, not a habit. This is a tough thing to do, but you can do as we all did.
Wars are long and drawn out. Focus on winning the daily battle and you will win.
Post roll
Be a man of your word
Hang around and get to know your fellow quitters

Do those 3 and you will succeed.
