hey guys here is my story on how I got into dipping

when I was a sophmore in high school I started to smoke durning class I would be a ass one day my buddy of mine came up to me and said hey try this it gives you the nicotine rush and fix and you can pretty much do it during class since then I been dippin Iam 20 and have been dippin for almost six years
Heres the story on how you quit:

You signed up at Kill the can on 12/19/2011.

You dumped all your tobaccoo in the toliet and flushed that shit.

You posted roll call in the March 2012 pre-hall of fame group. You posted day 1 on 12/19/2011. You then posted each day, first thing in the am, for 100 days. You know learn that posting roll call is your daily promise to quit nicotine for one day only.

You spend lots of time on chat getting help in tough times.

You exchange phone numbers with many of your quit brothers/ sisters.

On 3/28/2011, after 100 days quit you write your Hall of Fame speech, giving much props to Steve1357 for helping you on day 1.

You continue to post roll daily, because you will always be addicted to nicotine.

But the most important thing you do is you quit at this moment. Take it hour by hour, and just get to the next day.

Drink the kool-aid and stay quit.
