Get pissed at that nic whore and think of all the harm and bullshit that's come along with her and flush her down the shitter with rage. Then throw that fucking can in the trash with all the anger you have towards her (or stump the hell out of it first like I did). What a sense of freedom that was.
Post roll every day, start gathering numbers from fellow quitters to build your web of accountability and actually reach out to them (use those numbers). Also, listen to what the guys here have to say, this site - this program works! All you have to do is listen, follow what your taught, and don't put that poisonous whore in your mouth anymore.
