Today was probably the worst day that I've had in the 15 days into quit I've ever had. Just numerous triggers thru out the day, not bad all good. Spending time with with my wife, daughter, and xbox. Time spent relaxing. These were days that i would use dip out of enjoyment, not anger, pleasure, not pain, and what ever the opposite of stress is.(Back off I'm not an English Major). These moments of craves forced me to do some inner reflection. That if I were to cave then how much longer would I have to enjoy them. I've already put my self at risk for the 16 years of continously putting the Cope in my mouth. I'm not much for words just wanted to get this off my chest into the vastness of cyberspace that ends here. I want to spend more good family time, watch my daughter grow, intimidate her boyfriends, watch her graduate, watch her get married, intimidate her husband. Well to some it up I just want to be there. And yes I do have numbers as well as some of you have mine. Like I said today was a moment of inner reflection. And if you think I'm a emotinal sappy mess 'Finger' . Remeber I can't see you from my front window. Take what you will I just felt like posting my thoughts.
Great post, BS! Great post!

This just highlights the many different kinds of lies the nic bitch tells us, (and that we in turn repeat). Not only does she lie about stress relief: "this situation will be easier to tolerate with a lipper". ---LIE

She also lies about the good times. "Ain't this a wonderful moment?! It'd be a great time to enjoy a fat pinch too!" ---HUGE BALD-FACED LIE

Eventually you'll come to understand that everything she ever told you was a lie. You're starting to get it, bro. Keep putting one foot in front of the other.

"the cycle is over. we are clean. we are shining beacons to the masses that think it can't be done." ...LooT

"We have the right to watch our children grow and have earned the right to participate in their lives. We will not be denied. Success can be our only option now. We can never tire, give up, fail, or falter. We are worth more than this addiction and will stop at nothing to beat it." ...Sweenz

1) You know.... I'd probably get in a whole lot less trouble if I'd just keep my fukkin' mouth shut.
2) I says whats I think... whether you like it or not is YOUR problem, not mine.

You have the resources available to you BS. You will do this, but only if you really want to do this. Post roll, get some wingmen (pm me if you want my #) and rely on your Band of Brothers/Sisters to help you when you need it.

But if you cave... 'Remshot'
And you never once paid for drugs...NOT ONCE!

Nope... not "another" round. The FINAL round.

Change that vocabulary: http://blog.killthecan.org/?p=280

Welcome again my friend... you CAN and WILL do this.

Welcome.....

THIS is your last quit.....read, learn, get involved, post roll first thing every morning and realize that you are shaking my hand and looking me in the eye and making a vow not to use nicotine when you post roll.....

Then prove to me and this site that your word has integrity and honor.....and is worthy of our respect and trust.

Congrats on joining us in this war.......we will not lose.
