cool thing is....we already know that....and are living proof that quitting will not kill you....it will however, make you stronger....

stronger and in control of your addiction....instead of it controlling you.

read, learn, and follow the path others have trod.....

this is how i choose to start each day.....post roll early....and realize you are wagering your integrity each day....it is a wager you will not lose if you get involved and drink the kool-aide.....

today was 14 hundred sumpin......roll was posted and i kept my word.....

BW, you have made an excellent choice. Be prepared and committed to this and everyone here will help you out. Read everything on here including the HOF and the sad stories where you hear of people who have died. If you are so inclined, I also suggest you pray. Feel free to contact me for any help.

Good choice! You have to post roll call on this site.....it is how we stay quit:

1 wake up
2 post roll call that you will be nic free for today
3 keep your word
4 repeat

Day zero, just had my last dip

After dipping since I was 16, I am quitting, I just had my last dip, threw away the can, 7 years of wasted money!
