Bottom line is don't stick that shit under your lip again. Post roll daily, drink a shit ton of water today and tomorrow, and possibly get some digits from some fresh quitters. Misery loves company, but every single one of us has had a Day 2 and Day 3. Be strong, and own your quit.
Thanks Thumb!
So you are close to turning the calendar to day 2 if not so already (from an hours standpoint). Stay strong during the suck. It's called the suck for every reason imaginable. Remember every minute, it will help you from going back. Post roll early. Find some quit buddies in Feb. Find a couple of vets as well. I guarantee you you send your digits out to a vet via PM, you'll get theirs back and voila, someone to impart quit wisdom on your team.
Appreciate the advice. Finishing up day 2. Got the worsr craving thus far after I got done eating. Just put a shit ton of seeds in my mouth.
That's how you do it. Keep on saying FU to those cravings. You are winning.
Thanks Grizz

CLB - you have this remember you are only as alone in this fight as you choose to be. Quitting never sounds so good!

Posting roll like a Boss. I like it. Just remember, that is your promise. These first few days will be especially testing, but if your brothers and sisters here can do it, so can you. Welcome aboard.
Thanks. Feels good to know that others have done. Makes me feel like if you can do it why not me.

What up ya'll? From Central Pa, here. On day 1. Been dipping 6 years. Tired of this crap controlling everything I do. Glad I found this site.
I'm also from Central PA. Get connected with some quitters here and you'll be held accountable. PM me if you need another set of digits.
Appreciate the kind words, Monster. Finishing up day 2 now. Not easy but still grinding.

There are no circumstances in which using nicotine will improve the outcome.

My journey. The best part it is not over yet.
