Beckley, good job keep it up! Everyone goes through rage/fog/funk in their quit, you are not alone in being frustrated easily. Kubrick told you what you need to know, post roll early every day to promise no nic, keep your promise that day. One day at a time you will slay the nic monster...

Mj, how goes day 9? This site is all about keeping your word, one day at a time.

Your Quit Group is your smaller group of brothers that are in the same stage of quit as you are. Get in there and give your promise early EVERY day by posting roll.

The only way you can beat this is one day at a time.

Don't think about tomorrow. Quit Today.

1. Post roll.
2. Keep your word.

Hey Beckley, welcome to the site. It's the best decision you'll ever make.

First thing first:
Check out the WELCOME CENTER for all the information about the site, how to post roll and why we post roll.

Then make sure you check out how to post roll

here is a video on how to do it.


Get into your quit group and post roll every day. Great job on the best decision of your life.

Your quit group will be September 2012.

Fuck it bro!!!! Kick that shit down the alley and quit with the rest of us psycho fuckers! I am telling you it is worth it, just stick to it and you will find your way brother, I am still trying and this is my second time on the site read my initial intro and learn from my mistakes. Mthomas something something has some good posts to check out as well. If anything they help you get past the crave moments because you are to busy reading about quiting and the next thing you know BOOOOOOOM BAAAABY you are past the crave and go to sleep or work what ever....anyway hope this helped you out alittle bit if you want somebody to text or call let me know on PM.
