Royal, re: your question on what to post...post whatever you have to in order to stay quit. First, post roll everyday. That is your promise to quit...not forever, just for that day. Do that each day, keep your word, and repeat.

As for the introduction area, post whatever you want. Early on during the fog, I was doing good to just remember my name. But one thing I found that really helped fight craves was to respond to others with words of encouragement. (not unlike what I'm doing now).

The thing to remember is we're all the same. And we're in this together. You can do this. And we're here to help. We got your back, you got ours. So post whatever is on your mind. Everything helps.

Royal, Day two is awesome!!! Before you go to sleep you need to go over to your April Quit Group and post Roll for today. Then when you wake up tomorrow you need to do it again. Make the promise each day and they'll add up to a great quit.

By the way, good luck getting 8 hours of sleep I have had exactly two nights of 7 hours since I quit 17 days ago.

Again you have made an awesome decision today, now keep it up and post roll.
