On day 7 of quitting; been chewing since 1988.  Still in the "fog" faze and getting tired of it. Just tired period, but not giving up.  Also, crabbier than heck.  Thank the Lord for my understanding wife.  Inside of my lip and gum is as smooth as a babies butt, which makes me feel some progress.  If I can get the fog figured out, would sure help!
The fog sucks. I am still in a fog at day 44, but like others mentioned it comes and goes. Just stay close to this site and interact with others and you'll be fine.

The fog does indeed come and go, but gets less dense and shorter as time passes. When you get foggy, come to KTC and read/rant. It will help keep you quit.
Have you posted roll yet?
Fish, eat, sleep. Repeat.

The fog will come and go for awhile. Drink plenty of water, I also drank a ton of Gatorade and Orange juice. The fog is your body trying to work without the chemicals you have been dumping in it for years.

It will get better! There will be a day soon when you look back and wonder how the hell you ever did that shit! You are winning, post your word today and keep it. Tomorrow we will do the same thing again.

STAY QUIT
Greg

Good Job, you've made it this far now make the commitment to post roll so we can battle it together one day at a time.
I joined KTC and QUIT nic on 5/10/12.

Mda, quitting sucks. But you made a great decision. You will get a ton of support here. You will get answers here. You are not alone. My simple advice is to go to the WELCOME CENTER and read, read, read. Then read everything else. You'll get a feel for what we do here, which is pretty simple. We quit today. We keep our word. We repeat it all again the next day.

Check your Inbox(1).

You can do this. Welcome!
*Quit today. Full stop. No qualifiers. Tomorrow?... IDK, IDC.
