Way to go coach. One day at a time....sometimes it's one hour at a time. After about a few weeks, I started telling everyone about my quit, first my wife, and then a few friends. It all adds accountability; same with KTC. If I break my quit... I would have some explaining to do!

You are almost at a week--keep it up, things get better and better!

Excited about this. I am finishing up day 3 nicotine free right now. Been dipping about 7-8 years. College baseball player turned coach so am around the game a lot and around dip a lot. I am committed to this, committed to being done. Hopefully some accountability on here will help make it happen. Going cold turkey, got some gum, jolly ranchers, and smokey mountain herbal snuff. Been pretty good so far.

Pretty simple right? There are good times and tough times, but this is not an impossible task. If you are a man of integrity, and you post roll every morning when you get up, you can't lose. This place works if you let it.

Drink lots of water and read everything you can on the site. The first week is the worst for most, myself included. I literally spent hours reading as much as I could that first week, and it gave me the strength and resolve to power through.

Welcome aboard LS. Get over to December 2015 and post roll and the support will amaze you.
Best decision of your life. Good choice for alternatives. But stock in which ever help the most.
