Ok, just dropping in to post up T minus 18. I can't believe that I am 18 days from posting up a 1 year quit. To say I am amazed would be an understatement. This quit one day at a time really works, so proud to have found KTC.... Saved my life
I'm glad that you have been there posting with me for the past year. Don't ever underestimate that it took some real hard work on your part.
hey Bis, Wade is right on...don't forget or underestimate....Your quit is BadAss and you know it!! 'bang head'
If quittin' was easy, anyone could do it!!
Keeping my jaw and tongue...I like them.

Hi bis-cut,

1. Be sure to read the welcome message in your inbox
2. Be sure you are posting roll every day

That's how this site works.

Congrats on 28 days. I have 26 days. I'm up and down - my insomnia kicked in and I only slept like an hour last night. So if you got past the initial shakes then that's great.

Symptoms are still messing with me.

I post roll call in the morning and when my mind starts to think about getting back on the snuff wagon I remember the promise I made to my brothers here - I refuse to post an 'I caved' post or to disappear like a coward.

I am going to be posting in my quit group come October.

Join our challenge.
