This week marked my 60 days of quit, with today being 64. For some reason, and maybe it's just the big 2 month mark, but I've had some severe cravings for tobacco. My mouth cries out for a big, moist dip. Been negotiating with myself that I should go ahead and dip again. All my friends still do. I don't know anyone who has ever gotten mouth cancer and I know lots of dippers through my life. BUT, I've withstood the temptations and remain dip free. Just read that most who quit tobacco, are at it again, on average, at the 60 day mark. I won't succumb to those statistics.
