balls to the wall quittin like fuck.
Dig me some Bruce quit.

ndad...takes a second post roll. make it so. 5 posts without roll call makes me think you ain't ready to jump in the pool. i hate to be teased.
Several posts AND telling us he still stuffing it in...
Toss the can, quit now! It won't be easier tomorrow. Post roll, give your promise and begin your freedom from the poison. It isn't easy to quit, but it is simple.
You can do this!
Don't waste our time with shit to read if you aren't serious!! If you are serious POST ROLL, EXCHANGE #'S, GET SOME CONTACTS. If you aren't quit trolling. And I sure as hell don't want to hear about any fucking dipping!!!!!!!!!!
Ditto! Quit now or leave. This isn't a dance, this is a war. You quit and never look back or your quit is dead. Follow the rules and comitt 100 percent. If you can't do that. What you are looking for is not here. Quit now. No more, one last dip or finish the can, flush it now and take a temporary walk through hell to become free and independent of nicotine. I love the quit, and this plan is the only true way to quit tobacco. I have never relapsed or caved using the simple but effective steps on KTC. If you mock us. Go away because I don't chew, do you?

Get something straight right now if you wanna actually quit. You're not stopping, you're quitting, cold turkey, balls to the wall quittin like fuck.

Now, if you haven't already done so, get to July"12 and post roll everyday. Posting roll is giving your word that you will be quit that day! One day at a time brother. Posting roll is giving your word, so I hope your word is worth a shit.

Second, get ready for the suck, embrace it, it'll make you stronger. Drink lots of water, cranberry juice have seeds, fake dip, gum, hard candy and/or toothpicks. Jump into chat if you need help and exchange numbers because it builds accountability (message me if you want mine).

You can do this, we can help,
Bruce

thanks.. Jonesing just a bit again. deep breathing to get through the rest of the work day. trying keep mind on work rather than the craving
I was able to do one in the am and last til noon on a dip. and one after lunch and last till 4. I think the anticipation of not having is worse than the not having it.

Hate it. when I came off cocaine, weed and booze and none of them were as bad as the head games of nicotine.

all,

stopping in for 1st time today. 54 yr old father of two college age kids. Ninja dipper.

Stopped drinking in 86, cigs in 89, went through divorce in 01, picked up can in 03, been at it since. can every 3rd day.

I pitched the can about an hour ago.. longest i've gone since 03 is about 3 days. This shit is more incidious than booze ever was.

I've been sober and in AA and know how frucking important support is. Keddy PM'd me earlier and told me to stop in and introduce myself.

I want to shoot this fucking monkey and bury it. I know it's a day at a time, and patience isn't always my best attribute.
any suggestions on how to walk myself through a craving when it hits?

I will check back in later.. 'Remshot'

Ive gotta run but ill pm you as soon as i can tonight.
