I quit for a few years using this site 8 years ago. ItÂ’s time to stop again. Just threw out my last can of Kodiak.
No, if you have been chewing at any point in the last 8 years then you didn't quit. Quit is permanent. We stop at red lights and then begin driving when the light turns green. The chew light is never turning green. I'm not eating french fries right now so I can say I have stopped eating french fries. I will eat french fries again sometime though so I have not quit. So you have to ask yourself, do you want to quit or stop? Stop is temporary and is all too often ore ruled with caves, temptations or just go. Quit is permanent. Quit means tobacco is not an option no matter the circumstances. Dog died? Ran over the only neighbor that plays golf with you backing out of the drive to rush fluffy to the vet? A dip won't bring either one back.
Don't just stop chewing. Quit
