Mbuna - Everyone on here has gone through what you are going through. We're all addicts. But just like us, you can fight this.

Withdrawals suck...but quitting is the greatest feeling in the world. Learn the difference. Embrace the suck. That is the feeling of you winning your freedom from the nic bitch. Nobody gets out just for the asking. You have to earn it. The good news is that we're here to help if you're serious about this...but it's going to take longer than 4 hours.

If you're just fucking around, go waste someone else's time. But if your serious, make a commitment, post roll, and start living nic free.

Learn how to quit...don't think about tomorrow, next week or next year. We'll deal with those when they get here. Just worry about right now...today. Give your word that no matter what the fuck happens, you will not put that shit in your face. Commit to that thought. Fight every urge like your life is at stake, because it is.

Your choice...live or dip. What's it gonna be?

Stopper: A stopper uses words like hope  try  want  canÂ’t. A stopper thinks he or she is a special butterfly. A stopper really does not understand or believe that they are an addict. A stopper feels sorry for themself. A stopper thinks life is not fair. A stopper knows deep down inside that they will dip again even before they “attempt” to stop. A stopper is a slave. 'cry'

Quitter: A quitter eliminates the option of dipping from their life. A quitterÂ’s heart is filled with hate and disgust for nicotine and Big Tobacco; there is no room for self-pity. A quitter is willing to suffer through every second for the next 24 hours because he or she has too much integrity to break their word. A quitter knows that they are an addict and will do everything in their power to avoid ever putting that cancer-causing poison in their mouth again. A quitter is a free man or woman.

'party2'

Now that you know the difference, stop stopping and start quitting.

You are not going to like what I have to say but it is time for you to get real with yourself. Your a helpless addict living they way you do. There is no way in hell that hot fiance of yours is going to stay married to a guy who drinks too much, rages at video games, and dips until his throat is rotting out from cancer. No way.

But you can't do it for her. You need to seriously think about what you want your life to look like. Do you want her in your life? Do you want a bright future or one with drunken raging nights with cancer?

Look at all of us on here trying to help you. We have all quit. You are not unique and you CAN quit just like us. Are you going to do it or not? Make the fucking decision and just do it. No alcohol, no dip, no taking it out on others.

Rage? Rage all you want on here. Get it chat and tell us all how much you hate us, just don't be a pussy with cancer tucked in your lip.

Don't forget that the science clearly shows that drinking while using tobacco is basically the surest route to cancer as the alcohol makes the cells more vulnerable to mutation. You NEED to go see a doctor. You NEED to come clean to him about the drinking and dipping. And most important you NEED to quit.

Don't be a pussy, quit with me today.

'Finger'
I took time out of my busy none dipping day to offer you support and and you hit the close button and ran to get a fucking can.

We are trying to save your life. Spit that shit out and get back in here and quit. ONly you can do it...If video games make you rage and want to dip dont play them for awhile...

yeh I totally started raging on everything, and when I finally bought it and put a dip in, I calmed right down. I was in rehab for alcohol this spring on top of it. I'm just a fucking addict. I've been addicted to wvery class of substance or behavior on earth, and Im sick of it. My throat HURTS all day long, and has for awhile. And I sit and trip that my lymph nodes are TOAST which means it'll spread super fast, which means I'm a fuckin statistic.
Souliman's Secret Guide to Getting It Done:

1. Grab balls and quit.

Did you really think this was going to be easy? Did you think UST made it easy for you to give up their product? Did you read anything on the site? Do you have any idea what to expect? Do you think its all us and just a little you? No. If you YOU want to quit YOU will have to prepare and fight. Don't waste our time fuckstick.

Time to go see a doctor and be honest with him/her...If you have an affinity for hard liquor coupled with long time tobacco use- you probably at least have acid reflux. It needs to be treated before it causes permanent damage.

I know you can do this- If I can- you can. The question is will you choose to do it. Will you choose to endure some discomfort in exchange for freedom?

man I went 4 hours, and it's like this whole new experience. But I started drinking and playing video games online so I could zone out and not think about chew, and I started raging. Finally ran to the store and bought a can. Dudes this is hard as fuck. I haven't ever been this serious about quitting, but I'm worried I'ma be like that dude with throat cancer who still can't quit.
No more alcohol- not this early in your quit! If you caved- post day 1 and get serious. It might not be easy but it can be done. Take it one day at a time- no nicotine today. Honor your promise. Wake up tomorrow and repeat. It's time to stop playing Russian roulette with cancer.

I'm sick of spit cans. Of having to swallow in company meetings. Of having raw cheeks, a sore throat. Of having to buy new jeans only because the back pocket wore all the way through. Sick of not wanting to kiss my hot fiance because I'm worried I smell and taste like shit. And I'm sick of not wanting to look inside my mouth in the mirror because I'll see something that looks like cancer.
