Get into the site, get accountable, the wider web you weave the better your chances are for success. Tell us more about you, stick around.
Agreed. Blaze a wide path of accountability. That is how this place works. Basically, my plan has been to wear my quit like a badge so that everybody that knows me also knows my quit. That's a good tool. Pretty dang hard to cave with that many eyes watching.

Reach out via PM if you need anything at all. Just click a member's name and then "personal message". The support is yours for the asking.
agree with the two bad asses here spread the web of accountability it will help you and those you reach out to increase the quit. Everyone here is +1 dont be affraid to reach out. If you need anything PM me you need digits PM me.

20 year addict of mint grizzly.. (and still miss it)
day one thru 4 was brutal, seriously think I went certifiable crazy.. ( I know the wife and kids thought I was)
afterday 4 not so bad, some craves but managable..
Sleep getting worse. night shift worker for 10 years but wow ,2 hrs at a rip for the last week has me wigged out alittle.
Nightmares of caves now, very vivid and wake up pissed until I realize its a dream

For all the pain and suffering so far , I am proud to say I'M CLEAN..( Day 9)

I heard once " what doesnt kill you makes you stronger" Im going to be bad ass when this is over!!!

Saw your roll call. Welcome aboard.
Glad to see your role post. Now i have to strongly disagree with one thing you stated. You stated your going to be a bad when this is over.

Bro,, your 9 days quit on one of the most addictive drugs known to man. You are a bad ass right now! Post roll everyday and continue fighting this addiction and you will continue to be a bad ass!

This fight will never be over for you my friend, but it will get easier. One day at a time and you can have back a lot what the poison has stolen. Never again for Any reason and you can keep it. Need some digits give me a pm.
Hell yes you are bad assed! You are through the hardest part. You have stayed quit for 9 days! Keep your promise again today and +1 then you will know what feels better than 9 days quit. Read as much as you can here and get your plan ready for any bumps in the road b/c you don't ever want to go back to day 1.

The poison sucks. I hate it. I hated it this morning, I hated it at noon, I hated it at supper and I hate it tonight. I enjoy hating it so much I'm going to wake up tomorrow and start over hating it. I quit with anyone that wants to hate it with me.
