Can't flush what I don't have. The last one literally was the last one this morning.
Then post your day 1 now. Your day 2 in an hour. Congrats. You will not regret your decision.
He's right, there is no better time then now, tomorrow never comes, post one and commence the quit.

It is 11:06 est. if you flush your dip and post roll now, you can post Day two Tuesday. It is not like it is adding value to your life. Flush, post and be done with it.

We quit 1 day at a time. We do it by "posing roll"

This is our mission statement. index.php?showtopic=125

This is why we post roll. index.php?showtopic=120

This is how we post roll. index.php?showtopic=50

This is where you would post roll. index.php?showtopic=5397

Post up now. You can count on me for help.

I think we're the same person, minus the divorce, thankfully.

Doubling Up - Time to Embrace the Pain
« on: November 14, 2011, 11:00:00 PM »
Evening all.

I am nearly d-day +12 hours from my last dip.

I'm 31 years old. I've been dipping - with the exception of one three month period that I never should have stopped - ever day since the day of 15.

Enough is enough. And as much as I appreciate Stoker's tub o' dip trying to lighten the burden on my wallet, no more.

To mark the occasion, I've also decided to give up caffeine as well starting tomorrow morning. I too, have done this before. Honestly, the withdrawal symptoms from caffeine were worse than I remember the dip withdrawal being. The shakes, chills, I mean c'mon, it's caffeine right?

Anyway, both are helping to shorten and ruin my life and they both have to go.

I've made it through getting laid off. I've made it through a divorce. And I'm going to make it through this ... one day at a time.

In the end , I'll be happier, healthier, somewhat wealthier and have more time, energy and money to spend with my daughter.

Guess that means after 11 a.m. (EST) Tuesday morning, I can join in my first roll post.

So bugger off nicotine and caffeine. Be prepared to be my bitch. 'Remshot'
