it is good to see you here. congrats on your quit. you have made a great choice in quitting. you should head over to your group January 2008. You will find a group of people that are also early in their quit. Everyone in the January group will hit 100 days quit (we call it the Hall of Fame) sometime in the month of January.

You will find a roll call there. Post your name on the bottom of it and get to know your quit brothers.

22 Years Later!!!

Quit 5-days ago cold turkey. That is from a 22 year can and a half a day habit to zero. Biggest addition, was I drastically increased water intake to curb the fits. I have quit and fallen off the wagon before, but never really had the desire like I do now. Good luck to all those here, and if you will, help me keep up the mission.
