Advice:
1. Read as much as possible. There is so so much valuable knowledge on this site alone, and all it takes is the resourcefulness in finding it and reading it over and over until it makes sense. If you want to quit bad enough, you will dive head first into this site and embrace all it has to offer.
2. Drink water... Lots of it. Cranberry juice also really helps detox those nasty chemicals in nicotine
3. Flush all nicotine, including dip, chew, cigs, cigars, patches, gum, etc. right down the toilet... You'll thank yourself later for taking the plunge.
4. Post roll tomorrow morning under May 2015 and start owning your quit. If you are suffering all day in abstaining from nicotine, don't you feel like receiving some credit for it?
5. Journal in this introduction how you are doing in your quit. Everything from what triggers you've experienced, emotions, side effects, life bs that gets in the way of your quit... Your intro page serves as a great blog-type thread and is useful to veterans, newbies, and especially YOURSELF.
