Ready,
Thanks for the feedback...I actually jumped on the Live chat with a few guys and they pointed me to the March 2010 group where I posted roll. I hope thats right...if I need to switch to the feb group I can. Thanks again
LOL, I was going to say March too since your actual quit date by my calculations (after the nic gum ran out) was November 29th. I'm sure those badasses in chat told you the same thing.

Ready, you're getting soft.

Welcome. You have found the best place to quit and stay that way. All of the tools and support required can be found here. You can do this. We will help.

If today is day - 15, Your quit group is February 2010... here ....

Before you get started, I see that you mentioned the nic gum. You will get different opinions on NRT's (Nicotine Replacement Therapy) on this site. Bottom line for me is if you USED IT EXACTLY AS DIRECTED, then your on day 15. Here is a good thread that covers most opinions on it. Go have a read and then decide for yourself. Please don't be offended by anything in there, it is a good honest conversation about the subject...

Hello all
« on: December 02, 2009, 01:35:00 PM »
Hi everyone. My name is Dan and I am on day 15 without copenhagen. I have tried to quit many times before, much like I am sure everyone here has, but this time I will not fail. I made a decision that I am too stubborn and strong willed to be controlled by any type of substance any longer. A lot of things need to change in my life so what better way to prove to myself that I can do those things on the list than by knocking out NUMERO UNO that has haunted me for 10 years. I quit on November 17th so I am not really sure which support group I should be keeping up with but if anyone can help point me in that direction it would be greatly appreciated 'help' . Oh for anyone who wants to know, the method I used to quit was the Nicorette gum, I used it for the first 11 days until I ran out and now I am using Smokey Mtn Fake chew and regular chewing gum. Seems to working fine (occasionally I do still feel the need to dip 'bang head' ) but I refuse to do it. I keep telling myself that I have made it this far and to pitfall backwards would be the worst decision I could make at this point. Thanks for listening everyone and I look forward to making the journey along side of all you others str8 to the Hall of Fame.
