Well day 4, so far no problem. No headache or anything like that. Chewing gum like crazy to take over not having to spit.
Good job RK. Your blood should be clean, or nearly clean now. Keep it up. There is no reason to go back. Ever.

Well I guess this is day 1 or the start of it. Let the good times begin.
Hate to break it to ya but the "good times" won't begin right away, lets just be honest here. You have to pack for a fight, hold nothing back.

Be Prepared
Be Vigilant
Show some Heart, Courage, and Willpower
Post Roll and Don't let you fellow Quitters Down

This is for the best and even though they next few days will FEEL like hell they are NOT. I am on day 6 now and for the first time its lightening up, hang tough and you won't regret it.

If you go back to nicotine you will REGRET IT 100% OF THE TIME

Roadking,
Well now don't be shy tell us a little bit about yourself. How old are you, how long have you been an addict? What is your reason/motivation for quitting?

It is great that you want to quit but I want to see you invest into it as well. I assume with a name like Roadking you are a fan of 2 wheeled motoring and if so there are several of us on here.

Now read up the info on the site Welcome Center

Learn how to post roll How to Post Roll

Then post Roll here Pre-HOF February 2014 Quit Group

Post Roll daily. This is your promise to stay quit, understand that KTC is all about brotherhood and Accountability. Make sure that these words mean something to you. Also understand that all of us quitters care so when a cave happens people will take that shit personally. We invest time into people and the quit groups are like tight families of quit.

Finally, find an alternative, fake dip, candy, gum, mints, etc. Drink lots of water, so much that you cannot pass a bathroom without having to piss.

P.S. All of the above underlined words are links to the site.
