GB is spot on, cd2781.
A couple things:
• You want a surefire way to cave? Keep telling yourself you "honestly love it" and you're quitting because you have to. You won't last a week with that mentality. This SHIT, this FUCKING DRUG nicotine has controlled you for four years. You're back in control now, but you won't even make it out of the 72 hours if you keep romanticizing it. Maybe you won't come to hate it in a day, but you need to realize this drug is not a good thing. And if you don't quit it, it will kill you.
• Right now, 100 days seems like an awesome goal for you. I get that. But sometimes, it seems like forever. As you start, I'd recommend not thinking of it as a "goal" to get to 100 days. Just quit (and post roll, like GB said) one day at a time. Does your word mean anything? If so, then promise your brothers and sisters in quit each day that you won't have nicotine that day. Soon enough, you'll hit the HOF (I did, approximately two minutes ago.)
QUIT ON!
