Yeah I am the 14 yr dumbass.

Maybe you are the exception schaef it's not my place to judge whether you could have done better. I scored as well - probably only because I ninja'ed the first two years! Guess how many times that's been brought up since? Point is cd is the smart one.

You are a genius for quitting after only four years, don't be like the 20 and 30 (and 14) year dumbasses on here. Plus if you're looking for a wife you may already know this but quality women don't go for dippers.
20 year dumbass here....but like to think I scored pretty well with my wife.

Anyways, day two and im already feeling cravings. Probly gonna be a long shitty ass day
Chris, go to "quit groups". THEN SCROLL DOWN to the bottom. Look for Pre HOF January 2015. That is where you post roll and that is your quit group.
Hi Chris, I truly hope you stick around. It helps my quit to see others quit.
Please go here and read all the posts. It won't take long and will explain everything. I hope to see you post roll today! Feel free to send me a PM (private message) or go to live chat if you still need help!

Hey man read this and tell me how much you loving finger banging the cancer can:

topic/1008847/1/#new

It doesn't love you. There's nothing chill about someone taking a bone saw to your jaw and cutting your tongues out.

Take this quit one day at a time (ODAAT). Post roll and honor your word for 24 hours, then wake up piss and post roll again.

Quit on!

GB is spot on, cd2781.

A couple things:

• You want a surefire way to cave? Keep telling yourself you "honestly love it" and you're quitting because you have to. You won't last a week with that mentality. This SHIT, this FUCKING DRUG nicotine has controlled you for four years. You're back in control now, but you won't even make it out of the 72 hours if you keep romanticizing it. Maybe you won't come to hate it in a day, but you need to realize this drug is not a good thing. And if you don't quit it, it will kill you.

• Right now, 100 days seems like an awesome goal for you. I get that. But sometimes, it seems like forever. As you start, I'd recommend not thinking of it as a "goal" to get to 100 days. Just quit (and post roll, like GB said) one day at a time. Does your word mean anything? If so, then promise your brothers and sisters in quit each day that you won't have nicotine that day. Soon enough, you'll hit the HOF (I did, approximately two minutes ago.)

QUIT ON!
Good advice here ^^^^. Instead of saying you love it, how about saying, "Hey Nicotine, I effing HATE you and all your lies". Once you do that, and Post Roll, worry about today and today only. 100 or Hall of Fame (HOF) is just a stop along the lifelong journey to freedom. It is important but the reality is it is just another day of being quit.

Post Roll daily
Be a Man of your word
Be active here

That's all it takes to be quit.
Good advice.

I'll add one more thing. You said "I havent been dipping for as long as most people on here have (only 4 years)". This isn't a contest of who has dipped the longest. Nobody cares. Know what the people on this site do care about? That you're quit. We care about your quit.

So stop romanticizing the addiction and take the leap, man. Let's fucking quit today.

I will say right now. BOOOOSSTTTT  DIP. That's a good plan to get you to day 3 but I hope your ready for the next day. Make sure you don't reward your addiction with a dip when those parts come in. If you don't have seeds and gum I recommend you go buy some for when things get hairy. Also, maybe buy a can of fake dip that way if you are going crazy and the gum and seeds aren't cutting it you could cave into the fake stuff. I personally am doing just that and haven't caved into the fake yet (few hours from day 5). I have my brain tricked that the fake in my freezer is real and I need to stay away from it. Feel free to use it though if you so wish. WHATEVER it takes to keep nicotine OUT of your body!

I didn't see your name on roll but I could of missed it. If you haven't posted roll get over there and post up! If you don't be prepared for people to shit down your neck!

Hello Everyone
« on: October 06, 2014, 10:57:00 PM »
Hi, my name is Chris and i threw my last empty can and spit bottle away today at 12:30. No i havent gone long yet, but i have tried numerous times. I havent been dipping for as long as most people on here have (only 4 years) but thats four years i wish i hadnt wasted on dip. Honestly, i love it. I love chilling and dipping. But im sick of depending on it and my future wife deserves me in the best health i can be in. Im sick of getting up for work and making sure ive got time to stop and get a can.

So i need some support from quitters to help me quit because im determined to get to that hall of fame in 100 days.

My biggest thing right now is im building a turboed motor for my car. I still have parts i need and i told myself im not ordering anything until ive went three whole days without dip (which i know i can, i just need something to push towards).
