Why the fuck do people bother to register, post shit, and disappear? Pisses me right off that even 32 years of hell you can't answer an e-mail or post roll. Bullshit!
Quit 8/14/12 and taking my life back one day at a time.

If you don?t control what you have access to, what you have access to will control you.

I?m trying to remind myself daily it?s not the absence of conflict that determines whether or not my relationships are healthy. It?s knowing how to handle the conflicts that will arise.

Character is who we are, not who we pretend to be. It's better to be shaped than to be fake.

Hey! Is there anyone out there that can be my friend and help me get rid of this crap? Ready to quit being a slave to this crap!
I've got just the help you need! You found it! Go to the welcome center and learn how to post roll. Posting roll is your promise to not use nicotine in any form for that day. When I found the site I felt much the same way you do, we are all in the same boat, a bunch of freaking addicts quitting. I'm a 38+ yr user and glad to be of any help I can. Check your inbox.
Agree with WT here, we all made the decision where we wanted this thing, this crap in our past and to quit.

Congrats and do take a look at the welcome center, read up on everything here. Expand on your intro here, keeping it in 1 thread and not posting a 'new topic' each time so you can come back to this one item.

We make a promise each day, each morning not to use nicotene. Do the same with us and we will back you and be there for you when you need. But to also say the best way to remain quit is for you to reach out to others and do the same for them.

see you in the Jan 13 roll.

Awesome!!!!! Just take it one day at a time....begin a whole new quit every day dont think ahead at all. Chew the fake stuff, seeds, gum, whatever you need. I have used smokey mtn chew and have tried every flavor, Natural seems to be the best, all of the fruit flavors like grape and cherry seem to be way to sweet for me. The fake i use the most is mint snuff cinnamon.

welcome to the party!!!

32 years of hell
« on: September 30, 2012, 10:08:00 AM »
I am making today 30 Sept my quit day. I have been chewing this crap for 32 years and it is slowly killing me. It has tore my mouth up and God only knows when the last time my wife kissed me because of it. I have decided enough is a enough! I ave been a slave to this chew long enough now! I am going to be everyone's help out there. But look forward to being chew fee!
