Day One
« on: August 08, 2011, 10:38:00 PM »
Hello all ,Ive been lurking around here for a couple of days now trying to work up the courage to toss the dip in the toilet. Today I finally tossed the dip it felt liberating and scary all at the same time. Ive been dipping cope for 15 years now and Im tired of wondering if the latest sore in my mouth is cancer(the panic attacks from thinking about cancer are bad enough). Im also tired of promising my wife that Im quit only to find myself in the shitter dipping my stashed can. So here I am ready to hop on the quit bus with all you other quitters. I believe I will be in the November quit group so I guess I will start posting roll.
