Welcome.

One correction. YouÂ’ve never quit before, only stopped using for a while. We Quit once. Take it free m me, I stopped using hundreds of times before I Quit. The difference? KTC. All I can say is - drink the Kool-Aid, and jump in with both feet.
this is very true point you make.. this time there is no going back.

Great choice on coming to KTC and quitting with us, you won't regret it! I see that you posted up with your quit group so nice job, keep that up daily and lets kick this nic bitch once and for all. The symptoms that you mentioned are common, I know a lot of quitters that experienced some of those symptoms as I did myself. Here are some links you should check out and it may help you grasp what is going on WHAT TO EXPECT WHEN YOU QUIT and SYMPTOMS OF QUITTING DIP. Check your inbox, I will PM you my digits if you ever need to use them please do. You will probably get a handful of quitters that will do the same, if you dont feel comfortable exchanging right away then thats all good! Reach out to anyone if you ever we need it, we are all here to help each other quit.

Day 7 - Figuring it Out
« on: January 28, 2018, 11:04:00 AM »
My story is not so much unlike anyone else's. I started chewing when I was 15, it was the cool thing to do. When you grow up in a small town, you don't necessarily have to be 18 to buy chew but often we would get field workers to buy our chew and beer and all they asked for was some beer for their troubles....DONE! Fast forward to 4 years ago......I decided to quit chewing, cold turkey. I did really well, didn't seem to have any side effects..................and then my mother moved in with my wife and I. Needless to say it was a super stressful situation and I started chewing again. I've done some self assessment over the past few weeks and have decided that I want to have a healthier lifestyle and do what I can to help have a longer, more active lifestyle. Sooooooo, I've decided to quit again. It has been 7 days with no chew, no nicotine and this time is way different. I've experienced hot sweats, cold chills, dizziness, nausea, loss of appetite, anxiety  restlessness. I'm not sleeping well, I go to sleep but wake up several times thru the night but I'm powering thru lol.
