So day 1, and this is nothing new. I didn't dip for 2 months starting last November, but one day in January I was helping a friend move, took a dip, and you know how it goes from there. I took my last dip this morning. I'm done with it. I made it through Iraq and Parris Island, I can do this right?!

I dipped for over 20 years and thanks to what I have learned at this site, I have now been quit for 131 days. Jump into the deep end, drink the koolaid, and burn the lifeboats...
