Here you go Dan.

Save to your favorites and your name on here right when you wake up. One day at a time is the only way. It is a struggle at first but so worth it. You do not need dip. Time to take control. I love your intro. It's time.

If you need any help posting roll just send me a PM.

Welcome. You’ve made a great decision, your next step is to find the February ‘18 quit group, and post your promise on roll. Posting roll is the backbone of this site, and is the major force (other than our individual will) in keeping us quit.

Proud to be quit with you!
Thanks. I wasn't able to locate any of the 2018 groups. Do you happen to have a link for me?

your done. and we can all be done together. i have 28 days today. and i know how you are feeling right now. just ride it out. don't fight it. when the urge comes look at it. recognize it. turn it upside down and around and backwards and look at your urge and think damn- i really have a urge! and guess what? it goes away. handle each one like this. one at a time. then go live your life. my # xxx-xxx-xxxx if you want a text buddy to stand by u
it not that your not strong enough. that not the point. the point is your an addict. addicted to nicotine in this case. you neurotransmitters in your brain are wired to receive nic daily. when you stop they freak.
personally i surrender to my addiction. and i find my higher power and rely on him/her/it that it has my back and is watching out for me. god. thats who i rely on and i use blind faith in the beginning which then turns to true faith. try it. pray. and text. and surrender. and don't fight it. and do not beat up on yourself. you are not responsible for your addiction. you are responsible to fix it. this is just how i view addiction. others may view it differently. who cares. whatever works.

Edit...I edited out your phone number. Only share your number through email or the PM system.

Day 1... For the last time
« on: October 28, 2017, 05:00:00 AM »
Hello fellow quitters,
I am done.
I am done feeling out of control of my actions.
I am done thinking I am not strong enough to make it through the suck.
I am done wondering when I will find a lump.
I am done making excuses.
I am done putting the burden of responsibility for my weakness on my loved ones.

I turned 30 last night - have been addicted to the bitch for half my life now. I am done.

This is my quit. It starts now.
