Welcome. Go to the November group and post roll, my friend. That's the cost of admission here.

Day 15
« on: August 27, 2018, 11:53:00 AM »
3 months ago I tossed my can. Why is a question I truly donÂ’t know. I suppose my sisters cancer helped but mostly it just felt like time after 17 years of chewing. Now I made the mistake of thinking quit aides actually help, they donÂ’t. You get addicted to them and according to my doctor I might as well chew with the damage they do to your stomach.

That being said I officially quit 15 days ago and thank god I did! ItÂ’s been rough people I wonÂ’t lie.
I dreamed about chew.
I felt for non existent cans.
I had awful anxiety and panic attacks.
The fog is real.
I still get nauseated.

My gums are healing
My temper is leveling off
My house is free of dip cups
I feel free and my body is starting to respond.

Sun flower seeds help. Running or general exercise helps. My secret weapon in cold showers, if I get anxiety or severe craving, jump into a cold shower and boom, I donÂ’t think about it anymore.
Anyway good luck people.
