30 days of quit is great. 30 days of victory  freedom. However, despite these victories you find yourself here at KTC. Great move in my opinion.

Now, post roll and join the brotherhood. This will establish accountability for your quit and that will lead to success. Really simple formula, but very powerful!

Welcome byebye, get over to the Welcome Center (salmon colored link near the top left) and start reading all you can. Then, if you are serious about quitting, get your name on roll every day.

38 years of chewing. I quit November 21st. 7-10 tins a week. Can't really say why or how but here I am pushing 30 days. Been quite a ride but so far I feel like I am winning.
Focus on your quit and why you are quitting, stay busy, drink lots of water, exercise and know that the next few days will be hell as you get the nicotine out of yours system, but there is a light at the end of the tunnel.

And repeat the mantra of one day at a time, do not think past that for now. Quit for today.
No more What If's, I quit everyday going forward
