Coach said the other day to embrace the Suck! So i tried it.. Embraced the suck.. I did.. seriously that out of body shit your talking about happened to me to.. scared me a little.. then i just pretended to be high for a minute.. It was actually pretty cool! but i couldn't hold it too long! I am taking melatonin to get a little sleep... one of our other brothers went full out ambien! go for it.. try to figure out how to post in the morning man.. it took me a few days.. theres some techie shit going on too! it is together here! JUST QUIT LIKE FUCK!
Gooch. Not very tech smart either. Dont worry trying to figure out to. Last nite best sleep in 12the days. Ill try to post again tonite. One day at a large time. Yeah i definitely felt high.

Chris.. this is Gooch.. Welcome to hell! Day 3 for me however I have quit 100s of times and never ever felt as good about a quit as i do today! Buy into their shit here.. Drink the Koolaid.. just do it.. if you really want to stop using.. Theys some hard core addicts around here!  I'm one too.. 44 years old.. 1st time I tried to stop dipping I was 18.. I used cope once for about 10 years then switched back to skoal after one of my many gum graft surgeries.. xxx-xxx-xxxx Central KY.. Good Luck

Just joined the site. Started dipping cope when i was 11checking now turning 36 and this is my first real no nicotine quit tried before but used patches. Its time. 12 days in relying heavy on cinnamon toothpicks and some hooch snuff(for bad cravings).
